PCB Footprints, Component land patterns provided for commonly used Xilinx FPGAs and CPLDs carefully attempt to follow the Xilinx application notes and User Guides:

Presently, all available PCB footprints support Orcad^® layout tools version 9.2 or newer and are provided in an .LLB file.
